| Exchanges & Returns Policy | Before shipping (physical items): Orders can be canceled via e-mail to support@hanzougama.me. After shipping: Unopened physical items are refundable or exchangeable within 10 days of receipt by contacting support; customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Defective goods: Contact support for refund or exchange; return shipping is paid by us. Pottery retreats: A non‑refundable deposit of 10% is due within 14 days of the preliminary order; the remaining 90% is due 2 weeks before the course starts. Cancellations after the balance due date are non‑refundable except in cases of force majeure, at our discretion. Downloadable art and other digital content: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and downloads are non‑refundable once access has been provided. | |

Downloadable art is available immediately after purchase via download link or account access.
